If for some reason you are not happy with your FIGUR we will gladly exchange for you.

FIGUR EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT PURCHASE. 

If you shop using the Klarna payment option, you have an additional choice of a 14 day, no questions asked refund.

Please follow the below steps.

1. All exchanges must be sent via Registered or Express Post with all original tags and labels and MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN.
2. Go to https://eu.myfigur.com/pages/contact and select exchange from the drop down menu and submit.
3. Print out the form below (click for PDF download) and fill in the form including your order number & include the post tracking number.
